Before you start any actions, you will be able to run a test to find out the expected cost for the workflow.

The number of credits you'll need depends on a number of factors. A credit is used every time a Strategically workflow successfully completes an action. As you add more data sources, AI model queries and other steps to your workflows, you can expect the task usage to increase. Before you run any campaigns, you can run a test to estimate the expected cost.

To give an estimate of how many full product optimizations you can get in each plan, using average costs, we've calculated the expected number of full product optimizations per month—if the full montly budget is applied to only products. If you use other workflows, for example, blog writing, keyword clustering, etc, this will affect the number of monthly products. Alternatively, if you do not need full product optimizations, you may increase the amount of optimizations per month.

If you run out of credits, you can either add top up packs or upgrade to a higher plan. Our credits will automatically reset to your plan's monthly allotted amount at the beginning of the next calendar month.

Strategically's 14-day Free Trial gives you access to all Scale plan features for a 14 day period. No need to provide payment details until the end of the trial. Your trial will end when you either a) run out of tasks allotted in the trial by) the 14-day period elapses, or c) you elect to end the trial early and upgrade to a paid plan.
