Absolutely. You can cancel, downgrade or upgrade your subscription at any time—we want you to be 100% happy with your experience!

If you cancel your plan, you'll stay on that plan until the end of your billing cycle and can continue to use any remaining words to generate content.

If you decide to downgrade your plan, you'll continue on your existing plan until the end of your billing cycle. You won't be pro-rated for the existing subscription.

If you decide to upgrade your plan, you'll be charged immediately and receive the full sum of words on the upgraded plan, and your billing cycle will be reset to that day

Our self-services plans are monthly. For a custom model on the Managed plans, the minimum period for a custom model is 3 or 6 months depending on the complexity.

Our pricing is designed to be flexible and scale with your needs. When you've complete more than 50 product optimizations you will be able to upgrade to a higher plan or buy one-off top up credits.
